These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Castle Sleeper website and your stay at our hotel accommodation. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Castle Sleeper is located at Main Street, Caldecott, LE16 8RT, United Kingdom. References to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Castle Sleeper. References to "you" or "your" refer to the guest or website visitor.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason. All guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

Bookings can be made direct or through Booking.com. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms and conditions in addition to our own.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Booking.com. Please ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate, including guest names, contact information, and dates of stay.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

Our standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:

• Check-in: From 5:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance if you require flexible timings.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date to avoid a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), may result in a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.

All cancellations must be processed through Booking.com in accordance with their cancellation procedures. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms shown at the time of booking, as these may vary depending on the rate or offer selected.

Payment terms are determined by the booking channel and rate selected. Payment may be taken at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the terms of your reservation.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

A pre-authorisation hold may be placed on your payment card at check-in to cover incidental charges during your stay.

We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and considerate manner during their stay. The following rules apply:

• Non-smoking: Castle Sleeper is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area. A cleaning surcharge will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room.
• No pets: We regret that pets are not permitted at Castle Sleeper. Assistance dogs are welcome with prior notification.
• Noise: Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, out of consideration for other guests and neighbours.
• Visitors: Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from management.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, threatening, or in breach of these terms.

Castle Sleeper shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property unless caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend that guests do not leave valuables unattended in their rooms.

We are not responsible for any disruption to services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, utility failures, or force majeure events.

Our liability, where established, shall be limited to the value of your booking.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's payment card on file.

Please report any accidental damage to reception as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly.
